2. Your Statutory Rights
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (Angrerettloven), you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
This 14-day period begins on the day you (or a person you designate) receive the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision within this period by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter, email, or model withdrawal form).
If you request the commencement of services during the withdrawal period (e.g. the provision of a digital product), you acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed.
These rights apply in addition to any other statutory rights you may have regarding defective products.
3. How to Exercise Your Right
To withdraw from your purchase:
- Send us a clear notification (email is sufficient) within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Include your name, order details, and a statement that you wish to withdraw.
- You may use the model withdrawal form available from the European Commission or any other clear statement.
We will send you an acknowledgement of receipt without delay. We will also provide instructions for returning the product, including the address to which it should be sent and any reference number to include.
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we agree otherwise.
4. Return Conditions
To qualify for a full refund, products should be returned in their original, unopened packaging where possible. We understand that you may need to open the product to inspect it, and we will accept returns of opened products in most cases.
Products that have been significantly used, damaged through misuse, or altered may be subject to a reduced refund. We will assess each return on a case-by-case basis and inform you of any deduction before processing.
You are responsible for the product until it reaches us. We recommend using a trackable delivery service and keeping proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit when returning.
5. Refund Process
We will process your refund without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods or the day you provide evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.
The refund will be made using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back. If the product is returned in a condition that does not justify a full refund, we will inform you of the amount to be refunded and the reason for any deduction.
6. Exceptions
Your right of withdrawal may not apply in certain circumstances, including:
- Sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery, where the seal is necessary for health or hygiene reasons (e.g. perishable supplements in sealed packaging that has been opened).
- Goods that have been made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
- Goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly.
If you are unsure whether your product falls under any exception, please contact us before opening the packaging. We will provide clear guidance on your rights.
7. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect (e.g. wrong item sent), please contact us immediately. You do not need to wait for the 14-day withdrawal period to apply.
We will, at your choice, replace the product, repair it (where possible), or provide a full refund including any shipping costs you incurred. We may ask you to provide photographs or a description of the issue to help us resolve it quickly.
Under Norwegian and EU consumer law, you also have rights in relation to goods that become defective within a reasonable period after purchase. The exact nature of these rights depends on the circumstances. Please contact us if you experience any issues with your product.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
